Until 2022, no special qualifications or special guarantees for clients were required to act as a broker in the Comunitat Valenciana. In 2022, a registration decree was passed which obliges all brokers operating in the Valencia Region to be registered by August 2023 in order to continue operating legally. The aim of this regulation is to protect clients (both sellers and buyers) and to guarantee the professional practice and security of real estate transactions. EDEN CASAS ALICANTE is an authorised real estate agency in the Valencian Community and is registered under the number "RAICV 1373" in the Register of Real Estate Agencies of the Valencian Community. To be registered in the "Registro de Agentes de Intermediación Inmobiliaria de la Comunitat Valenciana" or to be a member of "APIAL", several conditions must be fulfilled in order to protect clients. These include Training Accreditation of passing an exam that confirms that the agent has the necessary experience and knowledge to act as a real estate agent in the real estate sector and is familiar with the current regulations. Busot is a mountain village with a difference, surrounded by majestic mountain ranges and located at the foot of the impressive Cabeço d'or, a town that offers a tranquillity and quality of life to its residents that all seek and few find. Located less than 10 kilometres from the coast, Busot is a dream town with excellent connections to the surrounding towns, the motorway and the city of Alicante.  It enjoys a picturesque historic centre that attracts tourists who visit the churches, museums, the restored castle from which you can enjoy incredible 360º views of the mountains and the town, a monthly grape harvest market and the various festivals and events that take place throughout the year. Thousands of visitors come to Busot every year to visit the famous Canelobre Caves, the largest underground cave network in Europe located in the Cabeço mountain. Here you can find a quiet bar to stop for refreshments and enjoy the amazing views down to the sea.  Busot is a town with a passion for sport, with races on the Cabeco d'Or mountain attracting thousands of mountaineers and hikers who enjoy the spectacular scenery and a multitude of cycling events and rallies. Busot is a reference point for the sporting world in Alicante, and all practitioners benefit from the perfect conditions in this authentic Spanish town. Busot has all the amenities of an established town for year round residents; modern medical centre, supermarkets, pharmacy, a famous bakery, post office, library, bars, a variety of national and international restaurants, hairdressers, petrol station and hardware store. There is also a fully equipped sports centre with swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, gymnasium, fitness room, climbing wall and football pitch where a variety of supervised classes are held for children and adults.   There are many activities for those choosing to buy a home in Busot, from Spanish classes to yoga classes, music, darts tournaments and bingo nights, friendly games of petanque on Sundays and fundraising events for the local charity BARC an animal protection organisation.  Only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of El Campello and Alicante, the Busot location benefits from a light and refreshing breeze in summer and during the rest of the year is sheltered from the strong winds coming off the sea. Without the hustle and bustle of living in a coastal town, Busot is the perfect place to buy a home and relax in the peace and quiet of the Alicante countryside, surrounded by stunning mountains and enjoy many outdoor activities.

"We had a wonderful service from Tim and his team, we couldn’t praise them enough. They went out of their way to progress the sale of our house in Aigues when we realised we had problems with the nota simple. We were in absentia at the time of the sale and they handled the power of attorney and thanks to Tim, Leanne and Antonio all went very smoothly. Thank you so much for your help and dedication."

"I cannot rate the service provided from Tim at Eden Casas highly enough! From my first enquiry about a property Tim made sure we understood the process and all associated costs so there would be no surprises. When we travelled to Alicante he met and showed us the property he was dealing with but also arranged for us to see properties on other agents books (it's an arrangement between both agents). We (my husband and I) both felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. From 1st viewing property to getting the keys took just over 2 months....including Christmas! This is largely down to Tim who cut through mis interpretations and clarified everyone's position and understanding to make sure we could meet our closing date. His attendance at the signing over was also so helpful. Tim has superb local knowledge. Throughout the whole process he was available to answer any query. Even after we had moved in he was still helping us with our settling in. A huge thank you from The Blakes in our lovely Coveta Fuma home!"
