Aigües is a different kind of mountain village with a bohemian feel and is a very popular area with shoppers looking for an oasis away from the coast, the village enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views which are totally unique and those who visit the village never forget it. A quiet and unhurried village that invites you to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy a special tranquillity, the silence is muted in the village walls which are very colourful and traditional. The village centre has services such as supermarkets, a bank, bars and art galleries. Everything flows into the church square, a unique place with a special charm. At the entrance of the village we can also find a modern sports centre with all services and a large swimming pool. The offer of properties in Aigües is varied and with very competitive prices. From traditional village houses and townhouses in the centre of the town, a more modern urbanisation called Sierra Marina where we can find detached and semi-detached villas at very good prices and the new area of El Paraíso with its modern villas with incredible views towards the sea there is something for all buyers. Another attraction of the village is the impressive Preventorio building and its large fields, a beautiful place for walking, cycling and photography, it is one of the many 19th century buildings that still exist in the area. It was originally intended as a place of recreation and relaxation for wealthy clients and was used for many years as a hospital. Nowadays it is in ruins and is one of the most interesting abandoned places in Alicante. Many people have visited this place because of the interest it has aroused due to the mystery and intrigue hidden within its walls. A must visit if you are in the area.

"What I liked about Leanne and Tim was that they were patient, friendly and great with communications. I've been involved in trying to sell my mother's house, and Spain has various bureaucratic steps that won't be obvious to your average Brit. Tim explained this and helped guide us through the process, whilst always being patient as we dealt with things at our end. Highly recommended."

"Tim, Leanne and Antonio, what can we say. You were patient, organised, dedicated and professional. From start to finish with the selling of our property in Busot. 99 percent of the time we weren’t in Spain. However, the communication and trust was first class. We couldn’t have done this without you guys so thank you so much. You are a fantastic team 🌞"

"We had a wonderful service from Tim and his team, we couldn’t praise them enough. They went out of their way to progress the sale of our house in Aigues when we realised we had problems with the nota simple. We were in absentia at the time of the sale and they handled the power of attorney and thanks to Tim, Leanne and Antonio all went very smoothly. Thank you so much for your help and dedication."
